Ibis Budget Hotel Luzern City

It was a very comfortable experience overall.

Staff and rooms were good and I loved that the place was fairly clean. The room was well-maintained with great beds.

I had a fine experience here, everything was perfect, the location was perfect short walk to train station and city center and the bus stop. An electronic key card, a work desk and television were a nice touch.

Very good stay, as always. This accommodation had a central setting near the train station.

Booked it for 4 days and had an EXCELLENT experience. Really pretty place, neat, outstanding value. Very central location, it was in a lively area.

Not expensive place to stay while in Lucerne. Staff was fab, room was extremely spacious and we loved great walkable location. Welcoming service throughout the hotel. Besides, free WiFi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus. You could walk to grocery shop and a supermarket. The restaurant was lovely with warm food...

Cosy rooms, very cool staff, luxury bathrooms. It was nice having terrace, effective Wi-Fi and good Internet. The hotel has easy location just next door to the train station. Helpful service, plentiful breakfast spread.

It was near to Lake Lucerne. Front desk staff went the extra mile for us.

The weather was wonderful, had very positive stay. We really enjoyed staying in the place thanks to rooms and staff. It had pleasant attached restaurant. There also was small parking and covered pool.
